My therapeutic approach
As a Psychologist and Integrative Counsellor, I don't limit myself to a single theory, because I believe every person is unique. In my therapeutic approach I draw together tools from the most important schools of psychology, creating a personalised plan tailored exclusively to your needs.
- Humanistic
- Cognitive Behavioural (CBT)
- Psychodynamic
- Systemic
- Existential
- Somatic psychotherapy
Systemic Constellation
Through my own therapeutic journey with methods such as Reichian Somatic Psychotherapy and Systemic Constellation, alongside specialised programmes, my perspective widened toward a more inclusive therapeutic field.
- Diploma in Systemic Constellation, personally co-signed by the founder of the method, Bert Hellinger, and the Hellenic Institute of Systemic Constellation (E.I.S.A.).
- Training module "Lasting Happiness" – facilitated by Bert Hellinger.
- Personal Therapy, Counselling and Archetypes module – facilitated by Dimitris Stavropoulos (E.I.S.A.).
- 4th Annual Systemic Symposium – Hellenic Institute for the Study of Human Systems (E.I.D.A.S.), titled "Systemic Constellation and Psychotherapy".
This deepening into the family system inevitably led me to explore the wider collective and archetypal fields of therapy. Through this lens, the therapeutic process moves beyond the individual and embraces the deeper dynamics of the human psyche. Along my personal and scientific path, I consistently realise that the deeper I look into the roots of human pain, the further I reach toward the higher aspects of consciousness.
Transpersonal Psychology & clinical depth
«No tree, it is said, can grow to heaven unless its roots reach down to hell.»
This very inner law is reflected in my postgraduate and specialised studies, where clinical grounding meets a deep existential search.
On one hand, I deepen my understanding of the biological vulnerability of existence through medical studies, acquiring specialised tools for clinical, psychological and social care, aiming at holistic therapeutic support and improving patients' quality of life.
- School of Medicine, University of Thessaly – HOU: MSc Programme "Management of Ageing and Chronic Disease" (2026 – in progress).
On the other hand, this scientific engagement with the challenges of health drives me to reach at the same time toward Transpersonal Psychology, approaching chronic illness not only as a medical condition but as a deep existential, spiritual and transformative process.
Committed to ongoing growth, I keep up with international developments in the field.
- Planned attendance: 26th EUROTAS International Transpersonal Conference – "Myth, Mystery & Transformation: A Transpersonal Return to the Roots", Spetses (October 2026).
